They can't publicly oppose Obama and maintain their political viability in the Democratic Party. They can't quietly blend into the scenery, because they've been paraded out front too many times. No, Obama has stabbed them in the back when he needed to, used them up for all he could. I say good riddance.
Any revenge will have to be completely free of Clinton fingerprints. Not saying they don't have something, but they have definitely been outsmarted by someone they must have trusted.
