AUSTIN — Tea party conservatives will push next year to rescind a state law that allows illegal immigrants to pay state-resident tuition rates, and when they do, a little-known fact could be at the center of the debate: Students who aren’t citizens are also eligible for state financial aid.

Nearly 2,500 students who are in the country illegally received more than $9.5 million in state higher education grants in fiscal year 2010, the most recent figures available from the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board. There were 16,476 illegal-immigrant students paying resident tuition rates, meaning more than 1 in 7 get state financial aid as well.

Some might argue that in-state tuition for illegals who came as children is OK, but financial aid as well? No Way.

Is this the first time in history that a country surrendered to a foreign invasion voluntarily?

It would appear Texans want their state back.

It’s more rampant here in mexifornia. Not only do the admissions officer in every vocational school guarantee it, they even provide info on how to access your own EBT card.

Yeah, we used to be considered that until people from Florida, California and other liberal states started moving in and ruining our State. Paying more for land than what it was worth driving up property values of ranch land.

See, these illegal invaders are not the only people ruining this fine piece of land and enabling this Governor to be re-elected.

Every other race, creed nationality etc. that came to America was encouraged to assimilate, put aside their culture, except hispanics, why is that?

And PhonyCon Liberals during the GOP primaries were trying to push Rick Perry as some “conservative”...when he was the one that pushed for...and signed the bill...that gave Illegal Aliens in-state tuition at Texas colleges/universities.

And, of course, if you can get in-state rates...you will be considered for other government aid.

Rick Perry and his fellow PhonyCons decided to take Texans tax dollars and give it to Illegal Aliens to go to college...which is what exactly in-state college tuition is...college education funded by taxpayers

Illegal Alien Amnesty is Anti-American Bigotry

“Every other race, creed nationality etc. that came to America was encouraged to assimilate, put aside their culture, except hispanics, why is that?”

Most arrived legally. And consequently their presence became an asset...not the tax liability demonstrated here.

“Is this the first time in history that a country surrendered to a foreign invasion voluntarily?”

The engineers of this policy made sure to divide/conquer the American people first.

I go to the Meadowlands flea market near Giants Stadium here in NJ, and you see dozens of Americans selling the tools they used to earn livings with in the past to illegal aliens (who pay cash for everything). The American birthrate (of any color) has dropped so low that we’d have whole districts collapse without the anchor babies and imported “replacement Americans”. This is no longer a country; it is a refugee camp - and these projections about what will happen in 2050 are just BS to prevent Americans from reacting to what is happening HERE and NOW.

“...to assimilate...”

They have no desire to ASSIMILATE. That’s why you dial 1 for English and 2 for Spanish.

Get real!

Thanks for the headsup.

The SEC and IRS would be interested in tax-exempt state/muni bond revenue being used for illegal purposes----purposes that were not disclosed to voters when they promoted education bond referenda.

The ever-vigilant IRS, and the SEC----not to mention banking oversight agencies---- would also be interested:

EXHIBIT A states and munis using proceeds from tax-exempt bond issues to finance illegals would be prime targets---- particularly b/c using tax-exempt dollars for illegal purposes is a crime.

Now, bond issues approved via referendum at the ballot box is a criminal biggie---since full disclosure WRT use of the tax-exempt monies was not made to potential "investors" in tax-exempt bonds---who have now been unwittingly opened to IRS and SEC fraud.

Tea Party Investors in tax-exempt muni bonds might sue state and municipal perpetrators.

EXHIBIT BThe Bank Secrecy Act----as follows: banks are required to establish, implement and maintain programs designed to detect and report suspicious activity indicative of money laundering and other financial crimes WRT to agencies receiving govt monies.

“The Bank Secrecy Act was enacted to protect the banking public from harm by identifying and detecting money laundering from criminal enterprises, terrorism, tax evasion or other unlawful activities,” explained the the special agent in charge for IRS Criminal Investigations.

NOTE WELL The Bank Secrecy Act was passed to protect the public from harm by identifying and detecting criminal enterprises, money laundering, tax evasion and other unlawful activities.....including terrorism (L/E has proof-positiVe that Mexico is the staging area for the Third World invasion of the US---(composed of global terrorists bent on destroying America).

The Tea Party should contact these agencies pronto:

enforcement@SEC.gov

IRS toll free 1-800-829-1040

FBI TIPS PAGE https://tips.fbi.gov/

===============================================

EXHIBIT CAlso culpable are govt regulated bonding agencies who are underwriting (and profiting from) state education bonds. All of the financial transactions of govt regulated bonding agencies who are underwriting education bond issues need to be examined for possible fraud, collusion and conspiracy to collude.

POLITICAL STINKBOMB By supporting these offensive, self-serving initiatives, politicians are matching in lockstep to the dictates of the Third World---state and federal lawmakers are sucking up to underwriters of the US invasion---an invasion designed to infiltrate the US political system, and rig the system to act as a pressure group and voting bloc. The goal: foreign aid billions to these decrepit countries.

CONNECT THE DOTS Clearly, Mexico is pushing North at a furious pace. MEXICO is the 10th richest nation on Earth, with state-owned oil and minerals monopolies, state-owned tourist beaches, where the world's richest man lives. Federales pocket $25 billion annually in "remittances" from illegal invaders riding the US gravy train. The racist Mexican govt rids itself of its poorest to mooch off US taxpayers. Mexico and the Third World are financing the invasion of ne'er do wells over the border---ridding itself of its criminals and lowlifes who are cued to suck-up US tax dollars under several identities. And the vote-crazed pols cater to these parasites.

ALL FOR THEM--NONE FOR YOU Where do "impoverished" illegals get several thousand $$$ to buy mutiple fake ID's? They are cashing-in bigtime on govt freebies----sucking-off struggling taxpayers.

=========================================================================

REFERENCE Mexico, South and Cenral America are financing the latino invaion of America---these are the Third World "voting blocs". Greedy, calculated honchos know vote-crazed US politicians will do anything to get votes.....including voting massive foreign aid to Third World hellholes.

Wiki: The Mérida Initiative (also called Plan Mexico by critics) is a security cooperation agreement between the United States and the government of Mexico and the countries of Central America, with the declared aim of combating the threats of drug trafficking, transnational organized crime and money laundering. The monetary assistance includes training, equipment and intelligence.

In seeking partnership with the United States, Mexican officials point out that the illicit drug trade is a shared problem in need of a shared solution, and remark that most of the financing for the Mexican traffickers comes from American drug consumers. U.S. law enforcement officials estimate that $12-15 billion per year flows from the United States to the Mexican traffickers, and that is just in cash, i.e., not including the money sent by wire transfers.

The U.S. Congress passed legislation in late June 2008 to provide Mexico with $400 million and Central American countries with $65 million that year for the Mérida Initiative. The initiative was announced on 22 October 2007 and signed into law on June 30, 2008.

Remember all the pushback last year against our fraud of a governor posing as a Tea Party conservative in his run for the POTUS nominee? Exhibit A is the illegal tuition mess we now have thrust upon us as Perry’s version of the DREAM Act unfolds. Now, in a populist move to cover his sorry ass, he’s pushing for price fixing tuition fees at 10k. Once a statist, always a statist.

Heh-—nice deconstruction of the Rickster.

Perry has done more to explode the illegal problem than other govt official extant-—well, maybe Bush and Kennedy (/snix).

We need to send this border suckup back to the farm-—to haul pig slop for the rest of his days.

Rickster should be charged with using govt authority and tax dollars for illegal purposes.

Viscious Mexican gangs--and drug cartels setting up distribution points--operate freely in Austin---the Texas state capital---as Perry kneels in obeisance and puckers-up.

EDITED Zeta hit man details killings on both sides of border mySA.com | January 24, 2012 | Jason Buch / FR Posted by SwinneySwitch

LAREDO, TEXAS — A hit man for the Zetas Mexican drug cartel calmly related to jurors in a drug conspiracy trial---to his role as a hired killer.

In US District Court. Rosalio Reta pointed to Gerardo Castillo Chavez, 25, and identified him as a fellow Zeta. Reta, 22, told jurors that he had been in a team of hit men headed by Gabriel Cardona, an admitted Zeta, who has pleaded guilty to five murders that occurred in Texas 2005-06.

Reta said he was the triggerman in the murder of Moises Garcia, a Mexican Mafia prison gang member, in Dec 2005.

Reta, a U.S. citizen, received national media attention after the teenager was deported from Mexico in 2006 at age 17. He's known for his distinctive facial tattoos and boasts that he became a killer when he was 13 years old.

Prosecutors say Castillo Chavez was also a sicario, or hit man, in a crew that worked with Cardona's group, gunning down two people at a busy Laredo, Texas intersection in April 2006.

He faces up to life in prison if convicted on firearms and racketeering charges and wide-ranging drug conspiracy charges; prosecutors presented evidence of a decade's worth of Zeta operations in Texas.

Reta said that he fled to Mexico after two murders in Texas, for which he's now serving 70 years in prison, and worked with Castillo Chavez.” In May 2006, Reta testified, a team of killers was dispatched to El Punto Vivo, a nightclub in a suburb of Monterrey, Mexico.

“Hitmen Chema and Chavezs went into the bar,” Reta said. “They shot, they threw some grenades and they killed four people.”

Afterward, the hit squad went to a convenience store for snacks and drinks. Prosecutors played security video showing Reta and three others making purchases.

Jurors also heard Laredo police detective Robert Garcia testify that he linked the sicarios using phone records.

The big break came when an insider---a DEA informant---was tasked by the Zetas with renting a safe house for Cardona's crew. Garcia said he worked with the feds to thwart the Zetas' attempted hits and to gather evidence.

Defense attorneys questioned Reta as to why someone who had shown great care to hideout after killings in the U.S. would so brazenly hang out at a convenience store, even microwave popcorn, after committing a high-profile killing in Mexico.

“In Mexico, the cartels run everything,” Reta replied. “So it doesn't matter if you get caught on video. We are the law over there.

Rosalio Reta.

Interestingly, so far there is not one post defending Perry. I wonder when they will swarm in and try to get anyone who doesn’t think Perry is a combo of Shane, Sam Houston and Travis banned. I await with interest!
