Kent County...salt of the earth kind of place. We spent a few days there last month (Chestertown). It was refreshing. You don't get many Baltimorons there. It's actually closer to Wilmington, DE.

That said, Maryland's Eastern Shore has it's own issues. The entitlement mentality is not absent. It's no coincidence that H. Rap Brown got a riot started in Easton. There are a few places that aren't safe, mostly in the towns. It probably explains this story.
