So... it’s not the kids, it’s not the law, it’s the PARENTS.
Notice that all the ‘parents’ involved in this fiasco DENY their CHILD would commit such acts.
They don’t ‘know’ what their kids DO, because they actually use the DON’T ASK/DON’T TELL policy.
**************
I believe I was trying to convey the problems with systemic issues: the environment/culture of their upbringing--
No one is born with good manners -- or basic respect....
Lacking some teaching and impartation of values-- these are the usual results.
The law is what it is...
Yet if their microcosm of home/extended family /school /church /friendship systems fails to somehow inform the child about respecting obeying the law-- and other people...
It won't happen by default.
This kid dies by his own victims' self-defense--in an unnecessary fight that he picked.
..... And as U said....
Those who should have taken responsibility for his upbringing and personal value system are whining the loudest.
Thanks for your thoughts.
I didn’t notice “parents” denying anything.
I noticed SINGLE MOMS WITH NO FATHER AROUND FOR THEIR CHILD denying that their angel would do anything like this.
