Debate: Will Romney Ask Obama Where Is Israel's Capital?

New York, New York --- October 16, 2012 ... Candidate Barack Obama made it very clear at an AIPAC conference that he supported Jerusalem as the undivided capital of Israel. Obama had stated: "Jerusalem will remain the capital of Israel, and it must remain undivided."
As President Barack Obama, he said that "was a poor choice of words" and has instructed his White House Press Secretary and the US State Department not to respond to questions as to where or what is the capital of Israel.
Every Jew and Christian knows that the biblical, historical, cultural and legal capital of Israel is Jerusalem. We know that Jerusalem is not a settlement, it is not legally occupied as what was once East Jerusalem was captured and reunified during war.
We all know that the Jews have been living and working in Jerusalem before, during and after the rule of King David, more than 3,000 years ago.
So it would be fitting for Republican Presidential Candidate Mitt Romney to ask Barack Obama at the debate this evening at Hofstra University on Long Island - where is the capital of Israel?
Having the President of the United States to acknowledge this simple fact transcends Jewish pride. For as long as the President of the United States has difficulty answering this question he fuels the fire of Islamic Jihad terrorism - the conquest of all of Israel, of all Jews and Christians throughout Europe and North America.
As a professional media coach, I know that both Romney and Obama have been spending the last few days and countless hours in front of hot lights in closed rooms preparing for tonight's debate. Whether to wear a red or blue tie, to smile, to be politely aggressive, to ready themselves on a wide variety of questions ranging from the US economy to ObamaGate - the murders of US diplomats in Libya.
As for the tie - red represents Republican while blue is Democrat. In the most recent debate, Romney chose a red, diagonally striped tie while Obama opted for a blue tie with a very minimal pattern.
As for being confident, expect Romney to maintain eye contact and reserve a broad, warm smile for Obama. Obama is not expected to be staring at the floor in this debate but rather confronting Romney.
In Obama's first debate appearance he appeared dazed and depressed as he never expected anyone to question his authority as President. Romney had transformed Obama arrogance into Obama blown away. Not a good characteristic for an American President.
But far more important than the color of the tie or the amount of eye contact made between Romney and Obama would be the question of Jerusalem.
An exchange during a White House press briefing on July 26 illustrated the wide gap between campaign lies and official US policy. During that press briefing, White House spokesman Jay Carney twice ignored the question when asked directly to name the capital of Israel.
Carney replied only that "our position hasn't changed" and "you know the answer."
But for the sake of clarity, stability and security in the Middle East millions of Jews and Christians, governments throughout the world and hundreds of Jewish members of the Facebook group Jews for Mitt Romney would all love to hear Romney ask that one question to Obama - where is the capital of Israel and why have you denied this basic, historical fact since you became President?
Or maybe “Japan is the capitol of what state?”
How is it anyone’s business in the United States to
make declarations about where the capitol of another nation resides?
Tel Aviv, Jerusalem, Misha’s Taco Stand..
None of our damned business.

So you’re telling me that Israel need the US to decide where it’s capitol is?
Personally, I have more confidence in Israel’s ability to govern itself than that.

It is critical for Israel and the US to be on the same page .......
Ask him to say "Muhammad", without saying "the prophet" in front of it.
He can't do it.
But Romney won’t be able to ask Obama anything tonight, since the debate will have a townhall format, where only the audience members — in this case undecided voters — will be able to question the candidates.
It will be interesting to see what an ‘’undecided voter’’ looks like. Probably like someone who just woke up from a coma lasting four years. But the most unlikely question an undecided voter today — or for the past four-thousand-plus years — would ask is a question concerning the Jews and their country.
Unfortunately for western civilization, there have been NO undecided voters on those issues. If anyone tonight should stand up and ask about Israel, we’ll know for sure it’s a plant.
We don’t declare their capitol.
We either recognize their choice or not.
That’s the difference between Obama and Romney on this issue.
No. But I bet that hag Candy Crowley asks Romney to name the leader of Tanzania.
Like all Muslims he believes it’s a place like Treblinka.
Jewish citizens had better figure it out fast before history repeats again.
Obama: That would be the letter I.
