Rush Limbaugh on Tuesday said he wonders why President Barack Obama and GOP presidential nominee Mitt Romney are so “afraid” of “news babe” Candy Crowley, the CNN anchor who will moderate the second presidential debate in Long Island, N.Y.
“She’s a news babe. Why be afraid of that? Whoever gets elected is going to have to deal with people like Ahmadinejad and Vladamir Putin — and they’re afraid of Candy Crowley? Hand me the violins,” the conservative radio host said, according to audio posted by DailyRushbo.
He also weighed in on Carole Simpson, the first female presidential debate moderator who has criticized the bipartisan Commission on Presidential Debates for only allowing a female moderator to moderate a town hall debate.
“Do I think she has a point? Hell, I don’t know,” Limbaugh said. “It’s supposedly a bipartisan commission. I don’t even think this way. I don’t know. Maybe she’s got a point. Hell, I don’t know.”
Candy Crowley is no “newsbabe”
She obviously didn’t get her job based on her looks
Maybe when CNN replaces her with a real “newsbabe” who is 30 years younger and 100 pounds lighter, Candy can get a job pitching Weight Watchers

Tens of millions saw Obama stomp on Romney on the Benghazi issue. Hard to rectify that. What should have been a home run for Romney became a grand slam for Obama. The fact that it was all lies does not lessen the impact. Axelrod and Crowley performed brilliantly.
But it keeps Libya in the main stage...which can be the undoing of Obama. It keeps it all from being buried now. In the end a win for Romney

Rush blew it. The questions were chosen by Crowley and the Benghazi trap was set and executed by Axelrod. Chicago politics center stage. Why didn’t the GOP see this coming?????????

Speaking of Clinton, he is coming to Rochester NY to an event supporting those liberal witch congresswomen Kathy Hochul and Louise Slaughter. I bought a ticket to just be a fly on the wall and be as obnoxious as possible and see how long I can last until I get escorted out.
This debate was a microcosm of the last four years: a reporter jumping in to help out Obama while squashing anything that hit a little too hard at the media-elected President.
In the end though, she overdid her pro-Obama advocacy because now Libya and all the lies swirling around it will become more of the focus than it might have otherwise.
If i were the Romney team, or better yet one of the super pacs, i would put together a video showing Crowley coming to Obama’s defense and afterward admitting she made a mistake, while pointing out again that it took weeks before the administration abandoned its false narrative of the attack having to do with some obscure movie that no one ever saw.
I saw no damage. If anyone was paying any attention to the Benghazzi situation, they would know 0 lied and so did the broad.

I was amazed when Rush referred to Candy “Ma Joad” Crowley as a “babe”! He needs to get his eyes checked.
I’m with you! Romney teed this up (whether intentionally or unintentionally) for the next debate which is focused on national security. Undecided idiots are finally scratching their heads asking “What’s a Bengazi?” Monitoring the news this morning, all they are talking about is the terrorist attack. Not good for Obama.
