Just slightly joking. I always do this as a sanity check, but every now and then they throw a sane recommendation into the mix - just to mess with my mind I'm sure.
In answer to your question - it's early, I won't read up on the propositions until the weekend before the vote (I'm not voting early).

Schools should be privatized, so I will vote against any measure that continues to toss good money at this beached whale of a Public School system; California is over taxed - no to any new tax measures ...
