That wasn't a missile: shoulder-fired missiles have small grenade-size warheads that wreck engines. That Mi-8 was hit by something and its engine was burning in the first part of the video and it was apparently on the way down when its cargo detonated. Something it was carrying - probably something big like artillery ammo - went off all at once.

I've seen a lot of helicopters shot down and they never go up like this!
