No, they count the numbers California failed to report last week in this week’s figures. So you could average the last two figures to get the “real” number. (wink wink)

No, they count the numbers California failed to report last week in this week’s figures.

Wouldn't that mean that California reported TWICE--two weeks total-- for this week? And if so, wouldn't they trumpet that fact?
