It is my opinion, that most people don’t consider $3 or $2.5 “cheap gasoline”.
When you referenced the gasoline price during the Bush Administration as cheap, it sounded like a description most people would not use.
Sorry, I just realized I changed wording from your original “low price” to “cheap price”. You did not say cheap, you said low. My mistake, sorry.
I think my point still stands, most people don’t consider that low, except maybe people who started driving 2005 or later.
