I was just starting to take a walk across the Golden Gate bridge with my wife ,some years ago . Then I noticed a group of people approaching me and noticed that it was none other than Whoopie Goldberg herself , in the flesh , with a small little caucasian girl on her arm , tucked in very close . Very clearly they were a lez couple , out for a walk . But not only them ; surrounding the Whoopster were 3 or 4 big body guard types , real burly men . As we came abreast on the sidewalk ( no pun intended ) I called “ Hi Whoopi !” and at that very second a passing vehicle issued a loud backfire . Sounded just like a gun shot . She flinched and ducked and the bodyguards clustered around close , all looking at ME! Hey! I didn’t do it !... the entire group scurried off like scared rabbits . I would NOT want to be her . Now she is arrogantly commanding the situation she does , but really she is just gutter trash . I saw it in person . Just another muff diver .
