Comedy Central web sit says the clip will be available at 10 central. It’s 10:30 and still not available.
Stewart must be beside himself with regret. From what I’ve heard Stewart said it first and Barry stupidly parroted it back.
But I want to watch the clip to make sure.
Obama used the word first, in another context. Then Stewart used it in a question and Obama used it in his answer. I wonder if it will get the number of media repetitions as Romney’s reply including the number 47% did. I won’t hold my breath. I have already seen a summary which just left it out.
Proper response from an American President would have been, “ Listen Jon, I don’t think the murder of a US Ambassador is something to joke about.”
