He’ll try, but there will be open opposition from his own party (who at that point can openly admit he is toxic). There are political repercussions that others won’t want to suffer for his tantrum...

Problem is when he loses he’s gonna try and take the rest of us down with him. I agree. The country and the new President's team had better be prepared for anything. I think he'll issue executive orders designed to push the country over the edge, and try to use the liberal courts to his advantage. Maybe try to incite widespread rioting, lawlessness, and civil disobedience. I can't see him getting far on that last one, but I believe he'll try.

In a sane and just world, regardless of the outcome of the election, IMPEACHMENT proceedings should begin on September 7, 2012.
