It would come as a suprise only to those switching back to Obama after hearing an “irrelevant and baseless anti-Romney accusation”.
They won’t necessarily switch to Obama. They’ll just stay home and not vote or they will vote 3rd party. Whatever happens, it will hurt Romney.
