My fantasy: Petreaus appears on a Sunday morning talk show tomorrow, and comes clean. His personal integrity would not allow him to participate in the lie and coverup any more. He could not get the desperate pleas for help from the trapped ambassador out of his head. He is resigning effective now. And telling the entire story.

I’m sorry...I must have missed Patreaus’ statement RE: Benghazi. In fact, I haven’t heard any reference to him other than “CIA documents” or “CIA sources.”

I am hoping beyond hope that he will be honest, and that he does have the personal integrity that I believe he has.
I am hoping that he will tell the REAL story.
