The Libyans ran the Americans out of the consulate. I would think that there were a few fighters left around the consulate when the Ambassador was found. If he was alive, why didn’t they kidnap him then? Why didn’t they take his body, even if they saw he was going to die? It wasn’t Obama trying to kidnap his own Ambassador.
Your point I don’t understand. The fighters were allegedly ‘elated’ he was still alive when taken. This can be interpreted either way but possibly having to do with Benghazi being a planned hostage-taking all along that when awry.
Special Agent David Ubben should be given the highest honors possible. This man is a hero for his relentless efforts to save Stevens and other security staff members. Ubben will be in the hospital for several months. Prayers for Ubben!
