The word is that obama is about to issue an Executive Order! The official text accidentally released:

“This Presidential Exective Order is hereby issued forbidding the manufacturing or importation of binders and the immediate destruction (in a carbon footprint friendly way) of any and all binders in the 50 states and all territories and possessions.

Native Americans are not included nor are the offices and personnel of African American and/or Muzzlim politicians and their staffs. Oh, yeah, and this also does not apply to pornography video production companies. This is due to the need to overcome and pay back for the inherent institutional discrimination against these groups.

Possession, by all covered individuals, of a binder for storage and/or dissemination of information about females will be illegal as of 6:00 am Monday, October 22, 2012.”
