What did you think of the game? It was a W, but what happened to the Bears offense?
People, including myself, forget that the Bears’ offense is a work in progress. We cannot expect it to be very polished at this point. These NFL offenses are as intricate as a fine watch.
We have:
a new coordinator
a new line coach
a new left guard
a new right tackle
a new FB/HB
a new #1 WR
we lost our most productive WR of last year, Johnnie Knox.
So at this point we are doing well offensively considering.
With the best D in the league we have the time to perfect our offense while still in the thick of the fight for the title.
We were very close to turning this game into a blowout.
Refusing to run even once from the three was very stupid. And we had several near misses for interceptions.
