WISN 12 News has learned that a mass shooting has taken place near the Brookfield Square Mall.
WISN 12 News has been told that this is a "mass casualty" situation and that the scene is not secured.

Yes, thank God it is over. This sounds like a very tortured man, a former Marine, who had lost his job as sales manager of a car dealer and then had some kind terrible marital problems. It sounds as though he was abusive. It’s too bad that he didn’t leave town when he talked to his father.
The guy was a former Marine, so he is probably a citizen.

Well, the guy is definitely Black, with negroid features. That’s the problem with the stupid, politically correct, expression, “African American”, it’s meaningless. Unless the guy was born in Africa, he’s not an African American.
The father was on the phone, on the TV. It was very hard to identify the accent. I did not sound Jamaican, however. It just wasn’t USA. We’ll find out soon enough, I suppose.

The restraining order was issued because of an incident that happened previously at the same location of the shooting.

On October 8th the wife received a restraining order for domestic abuse and on October 18th the suspect was supposed to deliver his guns to the Milwaukee County Sheriff’s dept. Oops, looks like noone followed up on that order and people are dead.
