Perp is a black male with shaved head. He’s 6 1” and 270 lbs. He’s the estranged husband of one of the stylists. On TV you could see patrons in spa robes standing in the parking lot of the salon. Owner of the salon is out of the country and they are trying to contact him/her via phone.
A wide area is on lock down. The salon is not located in the Mall, but the Mall is closed, as well as several surrounding streets and the hospital where the victims were evacuated. Most of this news is from the TV which keeps interrupting the Packer game to read these jbulletins.
