This isn't the first time America offered help to the Vietnamese against Chinese surrogates. Unfortunately, the turncoats in the U.S. allowed the ChiComs to take over in Vietnam. We were a one-time foe against the commies, not the Vietnamese...........now we're slowly sailing down the road to socialism.
