A congressional report has emerged claiming the Environmental Protection Agency has “delayed action” or “punted” on numerous job-killing regulations while President Obama tries to “earn votes” for a second term, according to a Fox News report published Sunday.
Oklahoma Sen. James Inhofe, ranking Republican on the chamber’s Committee on Environment and Public Works, says the EPA delayed implementation of a dozen regulations until 2013 that will “spell doom” for jobs and economic growth, according to a Fox News report.
“The Obama-EPA plans to move full speed ahead to implement this agenda if President Obama wins a second term,” Inhofe writes. “These rules taken together will inevitably result in the elimination of millions of American jobs, drive up the price of gas at the pump even more, impose construction bans on local communities and essentially shut down American oil, natural gas and coal production.”
“The 14-page report cites pending regulations on a wide range of environmental-economic issues including those on power plant emissions and hydraulic fracturing,” according to the Fox News report.
The report cited by Inhofe concludes that that the looming regulations on greenhouse gases would cost $300 billion to $400 billion annually and push the price of gasoline and home heating to record levels.

This is something the Romney’s campaign, the PACs and the Republicans should highlight in Ohio and other swing states.
I am certinwe need some sort of agency to protect the environment.
The problam is when that agency is taken over by zealots, and crazies it is damaging to our future.
Another agency that Romney needs to straighten out, and get rid of Obamaites.
I sure hope he has the strength to do what nees to be done at State, FBI, CIA,EPA, Education, and Defense. Yes he needs to look over Obama’s political suck butt liberal Generals too.

Nothing much will change IF he even gets elected (which I highly doubt). The EPA will go merrily along destroying business and strangling us for energy under Mittens just as much as they are now.
Corporations killed the republic. Their constant mantra “we cannot comply with 50 individual state regulations” . Well their lobbyists did a good job didn’t they? They created this Federal monster now they want to off shore because of Federal regulations. NO HEROS HERE. Sick of it all.

The EPA is a total rogue agency which needs to be shut down, everybody fired, nothing good can come of its continued existence. The idea might be for Romney to create some sort of a rational environmental agency from scratch two years later after all current EPA employees have starved and died and there is no further danger of them returning to the new agency.
