With the Presidential election just two weeks away, prominent Hollywood Democrat Barbra Streisand has sent an “emergency” email to the entire Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC) mailing list, urging all recipients to dig deep into their pockets for last minute Obama campaign donations, according to The Hollywood Reporter
“The Democratic Party urgently needs your help. We’re just weeks from the most important election in a generation and every single thing Democrats like you and I spent a lifetime fighting for is on the line. Republican Super PACs are pounding President Obama and Democratic candidates with millions of dollars of vicious attack ads. And, they could tip the balance of the election for Tea Party extremists,” she wrote in the mass note. “That would be a disaster for America and we can’t let it happen. We must close the funding gap, It’s up to you and me to make this happen. Please rush an emergency contribution right away while there’s still time. President Obama needs a new Democratic Majority to get America moving again.”

This is a “Back to Brooklyn” tour. She started out in Brooklyn, New York at the new Barclay Center. I was at her second show because I’ve been a fan of her talent for 45 years (not her politics). She’s playing other American cities and then Canada. She’ll probably add Europe.
Hmmmm... This is a D triple C effort, so on behalf if the House Candidates not Obama.
This would seem to indicate that the House candidates are seriously hurting. Not surprising given that Obama and a few Senate races ( Squaw Warren in Mass) are sucking up all the money.
On an related note, recall that Obama did borrow $15 million from Bank of America earlier in the month. Not a lot if money for a campaign that’s had multiple $100 million+ months, so pretty curious.

I used to be a big fan of hers, but I just can't get past her politics enough to support her in any way. She threatens our freedoms, so no matter how beautiful her voice is, I will not contribute to her success. I don't mean to insult your choice to attend her concerts, it's not my place to say for you, life should be all about choice.
It's more that she has ruined her songs for me. I just can't enjoy them anymore.
In my mind I see her up on stage with Bill and Hillary, Barak and Michelle. I can't even hear the music over those pictures, LOL!

I’ve heard she orders work done, and then starts to complain, in order to delay, reduce, or eliminate payment. That’s a crappy way to treat people if true.
AFTER ALL this is done, we should have a major purge of the MSM and hollyweird. This does not end with the election. We hit them in the pockets. The union bosses should be defunded, the hollyweirds should be unemployable, the MSM fools who sacrificed their obama scandal pulitzers should be moving to obscuro california where they will be taxed to oblivion.
