I noticed they aren’t not awarding the TDF titles to anyone else. How could they? I bet at least the top-10 were enhancing to some degree.

Did he ever fail any of the 400+ dope tests he took? I don’t think so, so fix the tests or get off his case.

According to one report 35 of the top 42 were doping.
