As an Iowa law grad, I sadly am not surprised by this case.
It will be interesting to see if what happens. Since this is in Iowa City, the Jury may decide to hang her (IC is very liberal).
The trial is in Davenport.

Suing a law school seems akin to going postal at a gun club.
But, obviously, I hope she wins. It’s about time someone put a chink in academia’s armor.
Interesting. Would have loved to be on the jury.
