Obama signed this into law to take place. How is he going to get around the Constitution so this does not happen considering the Senate won’t be cooperating as usual in putting out anything the House sends it?
Obama thoughts: I will soon be in a position where the Constitution and the Congress no longer matter. The Congress renamed the Peoples' Assembly will be convened and recessed as I see fit to proclaim the wisdom of my leadership.
