Now, Donald Trump’s threat sounds a whole lot more interesting that Allred’s. Trump claims to have unearthed divorce papers that were once filed by Michelle Obama, but never pursued. Now, that could be interesting, especially if the divorce was based on a philandering husband.

This could backfire. It might be the other party that has something to hide, and Mitt just agreed to have it sealed to ease the resolution of the issue. Wouldn’t it be funny if this turns out to be something that makes Romney look good.

She has to apprea Pro hac vice and an attorney MUST vouch for her. If she is doing this pro bono (duh) she does not have to pay the fee. SOMEBODY is paying her fees so that means she is NOT doing this probono.
There has to be a hearing.

If an amature can find this information, then any real journolist can and should find it all. Allred becomes an non story zippity quick.

also does she even have a client with standing? if this was a mass vs romney case, there is no party to represent except romney.

Exactly. All the hand wringers here making comparisons to Jack Ryan forget one little thing-—Romney was never in a divorce, much less a messy one, and apparently was not the plaintiff in this case. This is exactly what you said—another dishonest will-o-the-wisp like the tax returns to start a whole new campaign of innuendo on Romney. Won’t work. People will see it for what it is-—a desperation move and the last gasps of a dying campaign.
