I agree. The Court sealed these years ago for a reason.
They are not going to pull a 180 and release them in 24 hours just because she is Gloria Allred. There would be an appeals process that would likely take months.

This is how Obama got to be a US Senator after Ryan's divorce records were unsealed. He withdrew from the race and Obama skated in against Alan Keys. A properly motivated Democrat Judge could unseal court records and lift a gag order to hurt Romney in short order, even though this sounds like Romney provided a deposition and was not a litigant.
