Could it be anything to do with the birth of his grandchildren by surrogacy? Tagg and his wife use a surrogate mother twice since 2009. There's been questions as to whether the agreement was pro-choice for the mother, and one article claims Mitt signed the agreement as well. Would Here's an article about it:
