A third email,also marked SBU and sent at 6:07pm Washington time, carried the subject line: "Update 2: Ansar al-Sharia Claims Responsibility for Benghazi Attack."

I have never understood why Patraeus and Panetta switched roles.

Patraeus may be going along with the story but career CIA are not going to go down without a fight.

Imagine the hell that would reign down here if military got shot down in the midst of a rescue.

They’re all guilty. But what I don’t understand is how he can make them take the fall for him. I know he and Axelrod are vicious and deceitful, but there couldn’t possibly be enough dirt on any of these other people to make them be willing to lie down and die for Obama.

Either they’re true believers, or they and their families have been threatened (with death) by some credible source.

The only exception is Hillary, who is fully controlled by Bill, and obviously Obama and Bill are working together these days.

According to Congressional committee minutes, there are 10,ooo-20,000 Shoulder fired rockets misssing .
Elsewhere , I have heard that the real number may be 20,000 - 40,000 missing shoulder fired rockets.
Did we supply the rebel groups ?
If so , how many of what did we supply ? How many ?
And to which groups did we supply .. and expect those unfired rockets to show up ? ( Syria ?)

Now we know why Syria is essentially a “ground-pounding” war with artillary rather than air attacks where Aasad has clear air superiority .

There needs to be accountability , responsibility, and award according to merit.

In the early-mid 80’s, I spent some time at a few dicey embassies. In Djibouti, Baghdad and N’Djamena, we had absolutely no Marine Security Guards. We were on our own. But with Ronaldus Maximus at the helm, we had no doubt that should things turn ugly, a rescue mission would have been undertaken forthwith. Those guys in Benghazi were left flapping in the breeze by a CIC who is more concerned with his reparations tour than acting like a leader.
