Well, pretty austere to say the least. Discipline. My thought remains one still has the freedom to belong or not.
Thanks for laying it out. I have never met anyone of the Mormon faith in my life who didn’t impress me as being exceptional....no matter what their own station in life was. That said, I am not a scholar of Mormonism and I fail miserably in knowing the entire doctrine of my own faith.
Saddly; this is the state of mnay 'believers' of all types of religions.
It is especially rampant in Christianity - thus the ability of cults to present their case as MORE 'believeable'!
As a Sunday School teacher and a small group leader; I find it relatively easy to teach what the bible actually says and MUCH harder to UNteach things that folks SWEAR that the bible contains!
