I am absolutely certain that the judge would be equally lenient had someone threatenered to “bash" HIS "head into the floor.” He would - without a doubt - merely find it “imprudent” and not the “unreasonable behavior” necessary for a disorderly conduct conviction.

Yep, that's what he'd do.

But the judge would throw the book at me for "threatenered," and he'd be right.
