As a Cowboys fan, I am afraid of the quality of QB that RG3 might become, but as of right now he has a VERY weak arm.
He is a good athlete, and with time, he may become a solid, truly threatening QB, but I have seen him attempt to chunk that rock for a last minute play and it barely went 40 yards.
He will HAVE to work on that.
