Maybe the better question is WHO commissioned the dubbing of that video? How in the world did the Secretary of State and the President of these United States have a CLUE about the existence of that video?
With 'Sam Bacile' in jail, no media can ask him about who, what, where, when, and why? Think about the intent to blame somebody from Israel and/or Coptic Christians for the production of said offensive video, that Obama and Clinton advertised and promoted unlike any other video in the history of this earth.

I don’t know who ordered them to blame the video, but there is NO way they can attack the father of the killed Seal for what he just said.
On day 1 the first statement he made on the reason for the attack is as follows:

IMHO, Jarrett/Axelrod. Rush was saying days ago that the campaign/administration are not really separate with Obama. He was thinking the campaign was driving administration decisions. Having to admit to terrorist attacks, specifically al-Qaeda related (after all the fist-pumping re: Osama is dead, etc.) didn't/doesn't fit the re-election narrative. I can believe this scenario.
My calculated guess is that ALL orders come from headquarters.
"Headquarters" being either Valerie Jarrett or David Axelrod.
Often people like Obama and Hillary are simply actors following the script and reading the lines that are fed to them by headquarters. In the case of Hillary's statement it may have been an ad-lib she threw in after being told to BLAME it on the video.
As I stated, that's what I suspicion is occurring.
