I guess they now realize he ain't Denzel Washington, Will Smith,Samuel Jackson or the other black super heroes Hollywood is pushing to the detriment of white guys

Our 22 yr old son is on several online forums with gamers, and they are not into Obama like they used to be. Amuses him, no end! That's what happens to a candidate who bases his appeal on celebrity because something more robust and enduring like the old virtues is, well, boring and not as attention-getting.
I hope we've finally burned out celebrity politics, esp. on the Left (they don't have anything else to bring any more -- the seasoned wisdom and worldview of Bill Maher? Give me a break!)

Obama is so trashy and as he speaks of flip flops his wife actually wears them on Air Force One. Gutter rats It's been a long time since the 'Rats put up anybody with some class -- Walter Mondale.
A woman friend who used to help candidates (usually Dems) with local travel arrangement noticed it about the Clintons in 1992. They flew in private and arrived wearing sweatsuits -- gray jogging clothes. No 'speck' for the local drones. The sense of hybris was noticeable.
