It's not possible to plan an attack against a particular person, on a particular day, at a particular location months in advance without some guarantee the person would be at that particular location on that particular day. The person that guaranteed he would be there is Hillary.

If you have a small scales attack you can achieve your objective by carrying out the attack based on what is in the news. For a large scale attack you can't.

To achieve your objective for a large scale attack you must orchestrate the news for the attack the follow up after the attack with the correct spin.

Not only was the protest in Egypt part of the orchestrated news, but the dems attaching Obama to Carter was also part of the orchestrated news.
