Even Democratic dirt-diggers are questioning the value of releasing Mitt Romney’s 1991 testimony in Staples founder Tom Stemberg’s divorce proceedings, which some partisans had hoped would produce an October surprise and derail his new momentum with women voters.

Putting on my tin foil hat. The way to stop a damaging leak in politics is to have an equally damaging leak. Campaign “Nuclear Detente.” The conspiracy nut (just a small thought in the back of mine, not overriding) inside of me thinks that Trump actually does have transcripts and passport documents and using this as a tool to silence any damaging information. Preventing an October leak from occurring. Taking the hat off now.

But I believe in Occam Razor and the most simplest explanation is that there is no there, there.

Lets put it this way. It isn’t going to keep Obama in the White House. It certainly isn’t going to work as well as when Obama got the divorce of his opponent opened up when he was running for Congress.

It’s a dirty trick that isn’t working well.

How about let’s open up some of Obama’s secrets.

The ‘Glob” put this story on page 11. That tells you all you need to know.

There is little sympathy for an ex-wife who foolishly sold $5,000,000 worth of stock, which she got in her divorce settlement, when it later went up. Too bad, so sad....and certainly not Mitt Romney’s fault.

If this latest ruse is meant to tick off women it will be an epic fail. Women moreso than men do not like dirty tricks.

Well I see that another mac daddy moron, Gloria Allred, got used by mac daddy and then thrown under the bus.

I don’t believe that I will lose any sleep over it as it was well deserved by this moron looking for headlines and nothing more.

If Romney testified the stock was over valued, as most reports claim, he likely helped her get more of it.

I read the whole Globe story last night after it was updated with the documents. There was literally nothing there.

Basically, she lost money since she sold before the IPO. That’s not the court’s fault.

While Allred might try to get the gag order lifted so this witch can rant about Romney in a press conference, to be frank, I don’t think the national media would cover it much.

This is one of those times that I think even the media would not give it much attention.

The judge slapped down Allred yesterday regarding the gag order, which was nice to see though I am sure the judge is a Dem.
