Obviously I do not know, but if my life experiences tell me anything, this reaction by these scumbags is that of a plan gone awry or wrong.

Of course they have to go through the motions of honor and respect. However they could not even do that properly because their thoughts and motivations were elsewhere.

I doubt the truth will ever be known anytime soon, since all involved have been killed, even the leader of the Libyan attackers.

They're incapable of outrage over this because they have no honor or ethics or decency themselves (and many, such as Biden, have no brains).
