This is great. I’ve always thought meat Loaf was a tremendously underapreciated singer. I’d say in his prime he had the best rock voice this side of Freddie Mercury.
And a friend of mind was in a national fantasy baseball league. Meat Loaf is really into that. It was a big stakes deal where you paid $1,500 entry fee with a chance for big payoffs. There were three local drafts, one of which was in Vegas where my friend (and Meat Loaf) participated. He said he was a super good-natured and down to earth guy, joking with everyone and that you wouldn’t know he was a celebrity at all by his demeanor. I’ve always like him and am really glad to see he’s supporting the GOP candidate.
