More Hostile working environment; I have an adult daughter in Chicago and son in Orlando, both involved in different industries. Both companies have laid off lots of people and the work now falls to my adult children, both of whom are now working at night at home on the extra projects that come their way and are a bit bitter since they hire no one new to help with the workload and, of course, there are no advancements for the ethical work they do, Son may go back to a previous employer for the same salary he now makes but a lot less work from home.
