Yet another illustration on how important state and local elections are. States controlled by 'Rats are much more likely to give a wink and a nod to cheating and fraud in elections. The most critical of these state offices is generally the Secretary of State. I know that North Carolina has a 'Rat governor and believe it has a 'Rat SOS as well. So it's no surprise that we are getting quite a bit of the reports of cheating and fraud from NC - more than a "fair share," to borrow an over-used phrase from them.

Recall that NC was a state captured very narrowly by Obama in '08, and the difference there was probably accounted for by cheating. Something tells me that they are too far behind in the state this year, though, for cheating to turn it around. That's the only good news in this story.
