Not knowing exactly what was taking place, the two SEALs set up a defensive perimeter. Unfortunately Ambassador Stevens was already gravely injured, and Foreign Service officer, Sean Smith, was dead. However, due to their quick action and suppressive fire, twenty administrative personnel in the embassy were able to escape to safety. Eventually, these two courageous men were overwhelmed by the sheer numbers brought against them, an enemy force numbering between 100 to 200 attackers which came in two waves. But the stunning part of the story is that Tyrone Woods and Glen Doherty killed 60 of the attacking force. Once the compound was overrun, the attackers were incensed to discover that just two men had inflicted so much death and destruction.
This thing could go waaay against the regime before its over.
I’m sure this sniveling little coward didn’t order a Stand Down. He does not have the guts. He just did not respond at all. Obama just voted Present one more time. When the DOD asked for a response, there was just dead air - a non-response.

opportunity for him to call for some real investigative reporting.

i was watching here in mt. time zone, and as soon as Benghazi was brought up - it was interupted for “breaking news” - big ears blabbing about Sandy..

Finally one talk show has the guts to talk about Benghazi. FNS with Chris Wallass,not a bad few minutes as well. The demrats on the panel scared shiitless to go anywhere near whether or not the drones were armed!

I don't believe in any such conspiracy theory. It is nonsense.
No leader would be thinking about investigation and justice during an unfolding attack.
I think he made this up after the fact. It is just political propaganda. When did he say "safety of the victims?" I never heard or saw that one cited aywhere.
If you are cowardly, like Obama, you fear a Blackhawk Down and considering all those missing MANPADs, well may be you just sit there and don’t reply to a rescue request and leave only dead air.
