But the bottomline is that Obama is the one making the decision, not his underlings.
While that is always true isn't it possible he's just auto signing things while someone else really makes the call? This guy is just not a leader.He never makes any decisions on his own, IMHO. I think he's too incompetent to do so. He knows campaigning that's it.
