TIDAL WAVE: Los Angeles Daily News Endorses Mitt Romney
Big Journalism ^ | 10/28/12 | Michael Patrick Leahy

On Saturday the Daily News, the second largest daily newspaper in the metropolitan Los Angeles area, endorsed Mitt Romney for President in 2012. In 2008 the Daily News endorsed Barack Obama:

FOUR years ago, as America faced serious trouble at home and abroad, this news organization embraced the need for bold change to a different brand of leadership and endorsed Barack Obama for president. That assessment of the depth of the nation's problems and the most promising solution was correct in 2008. Regrettably, it applies no less in 2012, after nearly a full term of Obama's administration. This is why the editorial board urges voters to choose Mitt Romney for president in the Nov. 6 election. He is the leader this country needs for the future. . .

Sad to say, the reservations our editorial board expressed about Obama in 2008 have been borne out. His inexperience in an executive position has been exposed. His naivete about his chances of getting much of his program through a deeply partisan Congress has been cured the hard way.

How could anyone claiming to be evaluators of what’s news or not, possibly back Obama in 2008? We knew absolutely nothing about the guy. He had no record. He had shown nothing to make anyone think he could be president.

I can see the mush for brains Leftist buy into Obama, but members of the media should have known better from a number of different angles.

This was written to be an attachment to the minutes of their upcoming Shareholder’s Meeting..

They will use this to demonstrate that they have done everything that one could ask to justify not being fired for Dereliction of Duty, and Breach of Their Fiduciary Responsibility to conduct Accountable Business Principles..

Sorry.. Too little too late..

Exactly. Now there’s a real qualification...

It’s actually unfortunate that these people forced a premature ‘first Black’ with Obama. If they had endorsed a man truly qualified, it would have been a blessing to Blacks.

Instead it turned out to be a disgrace.
