The wife of Vice President Joe Biden has canceled events in Pennsylvania due to the approaching storm - but the vice president himself will be coming to the commonwealth on Thursday.
The Obama campaign announced Sunday that Jill Biden's scheduled events in Pennsylvania and North Carolina on Sunday and Monday had been canceled.
The campaign said the action was taken "out of an abundance of caution to ensure that all local law enforcement and emergency management resources can stay focused on ensuring the safety of people who might be impacted by the storm."
But officials also announced that Vice President Joe Biden will speak "at grassroots events in Iowa and Pennsylvania" on Thursday.

My confidence level is going up with Biden getting more face time in swing states! It’s the Obama admin at its blundering best.
Biden is the comic relief. He is the court jester, the laughing man. Send in the clowns.

However, given his mean streak, Biden also reminds me of the clown in the novel and movie, IT.
And he will have no idea where he is.
Governor Corbett should tell the V-POTUS that under this state of emergency he is NOT welcome, unless he has a hard hat and shovel and plans to use it!
