I just saw your CBA piece at Ann Barnhardt’s site...she is encouraging her readers to spread it around, and is asking them to bring it to the attention of ‘The Blaze’; she wants to “get this in front of Beck’s people, who seem to be the only ones doing any intelligent reportage on this.” (Her ‘God’s Wrath’ piece from a few days back will hit you right between the eyes.)
Bing West was on Greta last night hammering this point but not using the term “cross-border authority.”
He was talking about Obama needing to give an explicit “execute order” for our military forces to cross into Libyan air space, so I think he’s referring to the same thing. Cross-border authority is what we called it from the SEAL perspective in the 1980s.
But Bing West was explicit that the “execute order” must come from Obama, and West thinks Obama is lying. There will be a record of the order, or not.
