Do they open the absentee ballots before election day?
AFAIK, the absentees are like the provisionals,
only counted if the margin is less than the number of absentees/provisionals.
Not in PA if there is a poll watcher on site.
If no one is watching, those demonRAT liars, cheaters and thieves will not only open them, but they will destroy any pubbie ballots and re-vote them as demonRAT. It is crucial to have poll watchers in any demonRAT strong hold.
