If elections are delayed due to Hurricane Sandy, will this help or hurt Obama? Not that it matters to Barry-O, but there's no constitutional reason for delaying elections, is there?
Besides, the way things are going, Barry wants them held last month.

I don't think you're going to see many concerns about delaying the elections.
However, what you probably WILL see is Obama being decked out in a flak jacket being air dropped into disaster areas in a desperate attempt to look like a leader.
This should knock Benghazi out of the news for the rest of the election period, and for that, I believe the O campaign will be grateful for the destruction.

If elections are delayed due to Hurricane Sandy, ...It’s a WEEK away. We’ll have sunny skies and Sandy will be considered the media hyped joke it was.

If elections are delayed due to Hurricane Sandy, will this help or hurt Obama? The elections are not going to be delayed. Already the sun is coming out in New England and everybody's headed back to work. NY/NJ were hardest hit but they should be getting back to normal over the next day or so.

If elections are delayed due to Hurricane Sandy, will this help or hurt Obama? The elections will not be delayed, but the weather will suppress early voting, especially in Philadelphia. The Democrats depend on early voting to get out their base. Sandy will hurt the Democrat turnout.
