This was released and reported on Fox today. Neither drone was armed. One was already in Libya, and it was replaced by another which came from outside Libya, due to the first drone running low on fuel.

The drone alrady inside of Libya could probably be sent up just on the say-so of the acting ambassador (in stevens’ absense) or the CIA station chief. But the one from outside of Libya needed to get CBA from Obama.

An unarmed drone was all he was willing to send. Pathetic. While the troops were leaning forward in Sicily, the same distance from Benghazi as Tripoli.
