To: Navy Patriot

People said there would be the same in Detroit if the Tigers had won but I don’t see it. Detroit is a great baseball town with a great baseball crowd.

Now if the Pistons were to win a championship it might be a different matter but that’s a whole different crowd.

However if the Tigers had won the Series would anyone have been able to tell the difference if Detroit Rioted, looted, and burned? :)
Tigers look poised to return to the Series next year! Go Tigers!

Yes, that’s true for the most part. Remember the ‘84 Series win? There were fires, cars being rolled and ignited...Even one of the local news babes, Anne Thompson was injured while reporting on the “party” after the game.
